Nothing not to love.

Nothing good apart from the central location. Excellent proximity to all the local center shops & Khalili bazaar & Egyptian Musuem.
Horrible breakfast & not as nice as the pictures show. Beware of staff who conveniently 'forgot' to tell us our romantic nile cruise was a dinner for 3! The guide stayed with us all night which the hotel 'forgot' to tell us about as well as the entry fees for our excursions which we thought were included! Dropped us at across a busy freeway & made us cross the crazy roads alone. Hated this place would not go back!

The location is good at the center and everything is near by.. The underground station is not far. it is only about 5 minutes walk. The room is clean and comfy. good value for money
Although I booked a room with a bath, shower and aircondition the staff first tried to put me in a room with shared bathroom and then in another one without A/C after I complained but finally they gave me the right room.breakfast is poor.

the hotel staff was very friendly and the room was better than i expected for that price.
The branding was discrete, and small and anyone can overlook the same while searching for the hotel

The staff were really helpful and friendly. If you really are on a budget, the price you pay for this hotel i would say is reasonable.
The common area in the hotel is a Smoking zone so it's not really nice to be chilling at the "lobby" with people smoking around you.

Cental location with many shops around, safe because of the synagogue and clean. Nice spacious room with everyday cleaning, satisfactory breakfast. Easy to find, just opposite the synagogue and the sign outside the entrance of the building.
A bit expensive daily trips to Sakkara,Memphis and Giza which included only the driver and not the guide

The location is great, very safe area right in the middle of the downtown.
I saw bedbugs, killed one, was full with my blood. Very disgusting.

The people are very helpful and understanding. I had to extend my stay multiple times and they ahve always accomodated me without much hassle to me. also, wireless internet is available which helps to many business travellers. The pick taxi from Airport is value add.

Nothing...Just the area...They tried to cheat me too much... I asked them for the pick-up cost from airport by mail before my coming, they asked me to confirm if I accept but I did not accept because of the high price. When I reached to the hotel they said me our person waiting you at the airport. I said I did not confirm, why you sent a person? They kept silent...Then they tried to give me the room which I did not reserved, no bathroom, no wc, I refused then they changed... They tried to make early check-out before 2 ours from last check-out. I refused again and said them I no everyting regarding the rules and showed them the reservation copy, they were silent too...Why all these?
I dont see any benefit for their future...

The location is very good. There are lost of shops and restaurants close to the hotel and the building itself is easy to get to.
The tours they offer are poorly done and are only drivers which cost too much. The cleaning of rooms was good but very slow.

Big room(401) big bathroom, excellent location, improved signs to find it. There is a bar down the alley at the side, then cross the road.

It is in good location only 15 min walk to museum. Evening market near this hostel The entrance of building was scary, old and dark. Hostel is on 3rd fl. Fair price for budget traveller. Breakfast I saw ants walking on toast, cold boiled eggs, cold bread like from yesterday. I stayed one night.
The website is not real room that what I thought. Room and bath room were old but clean any way. Pillow and blanket were clean. No smell. Reception was helpful and good service

Mido a very plesant fellow always ready to help. Mustsfa in charge gives little leaverge but a resonably fair man. Clean hotel with excellent location at the same time could sleep as street downstairs has little traffic or shops.Good value for money and a place where family holiday can be planned. Air condition, hot water, wi fi all worked. Would recoomend to anyone who plans to stay littile time at hotel but still want a comfortable place to sleep. Provided with clean towels, bed sheets and resonably sound breakfast which can be improved. Over all rate as very good.
